About This Session

Great content can still put people to sleep. In this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn how to use game mechanics to make training something people choose to join, then build and playtest your own game on the spot.

Workshop Activities

  • The game mechanics that actually drive motivation and learning
  • A playable prototype built from a "boring" training module
  • Hands-on practice in playtesting, facilitating, and debriefing so the learning sticks
